Day 1
Poros Island As you set sail from Laurium to Poros Island, you'll be treated to views of the stunning Aegean Sea. This first leg of your journey will take you past some of Greece's most famous islands, including Porto Cheli and Methana. Keep your camera handy, as you'll want to capture the stunning scenery. Poros is a beautiful Greek island with lush vegetation, picturesque villages and a vintage atmosphere. As you approach Poros port by ferry, the distinctive capital and trademark of the island, the Poros Clock Tower, will be the first thing that catches your eye. Despite the fact that itââ¬â¢s the highest point of the island, from there you can get a stunning view. The clock tower also attracts a large number of photographers for its perspective on land, water and sky.
Day 2
Hydra Island After a leisurely start to the day, you'll set sail for the nearby island of Hydra. This beautiful island is known for its stunning architecture and quaint streets. Be sure to explore the town's many shops and restaurants, and don't forget to take in the breathtaking views from the waterfront. No visit to Hydra Island would be complete without a trip to The Historical Archive Museum of Hydra. This fascinating museum chronicles the island's rich history, and is sure to be a hit with history buffs. After a day of exploring, be sure to head back to your ship for some rest and relaxation. You'll need it, as tomorrow you'll be embarking on a long journey to your next destination.
Day 3
Porto Cheli Island After breakfast, you'll set sail for the town of Porto Cheli. This charming town is located on the Peloponnese Peninsula, and is known for its beautiful beaches and stunning scenery. Be sure to explore the town's many shops and restaurants, as there are plenty of great places to eat in Porto Cheli. If you're looking for a place to relax and soak up the sun, head to one of the town's many beaches. There are plenty of beach umbrellas and chairs available for rent, so you can enjoy a relaxing day in the sun. When you're ready to explore more of the area, take a trip to the nearby town of Nafplion. This historic town is home to plenty of great shops and restaurants, as well as some of the most beautiful architecture in Greece.
Day 4
Spetses Island After a leisurely start to the day, you'll set sail for the island of Spetses. This beautiful island is known for its stunning beaches and crystal clear waters. As you approach the island, take in the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. You might even spot some dolphins swimming alongside your ship. Once you arrive on the island, explore its many shops and restaurants. There's plenty to see and do on Spetses, so you're sure to find something that interests you. If you're looking for a place to relax and soak up the sun, head to one of the island's many beaches. There are plenty of beach umbrellas and chairs available for rent, so you can enjoy a relaxing day in the sun. When you're ready to explore more of the island, we may head to the nearby town of Dokos. This quaint town is home to plenty of great shops and restaurants, as well as some of the most beautiful scenery in Greece.
Day 5
Methana Island After breakfast, you'll set sail for the nearby town of Methana. The island of Methana is tiny yet charming, so it offers a lot to visitors. The Methana Volcano park is another must-see location on the island, where you may learn about its history and see the remnants of an ancient volcano. You can also enjoy a dip in one of the island's numerous hot springs or just relax on the beach. This charming town is located on the Peloponnese Peninsula, which is known for its beautiful beaches and stunning scenery. Welcome to a fascinating volcanic region with dense vegetation, coastal communities, and unique flora and fauna that await your discovery. The island was said to emerge from an erupting volcano. Itââ¬â¢s now home for about 32 volcanoes that will surely take your breath away.
Day 6
Laurium Island After a busy and active week, we'll set out for home this day. We'll return to Laurium rejuvenated and calm. This is an excellent time to see the sights and sounds of this lovely town. Don't forget to sample the delicious seafood! You can visit Thoricus in addition to seeing its world-renowned theatre. The theatre was built to provide excellent acoustics and viewing for all of the audience. Itââ¬â¢s one of Greece's most famous attractions. This exciting adventure will delight visitors and travellers alike. The Laurium Mineralogical Museum also resides there. The museum has a large collection of minerals from all across Greece. Minerals from other countries such as Italy, Turkey, and Africa, are also on display. Crystals, fossils, and metals are among the mineral types represented in the collection. The geologic history of Greece is well-represented at this museum.
